Michael’s Story
When Michael Colton first sensed God’s call on his life, he fully yielded himself to it. He devoted his life to fulfilling God’s vision for the next generation by pouring into hurting young adults in the very place where he had once stood.
His ministry of discipleship, prayer, and worship was already taking root within the church, but Michael noticed the lost weren’t sitting in the pews. They were outside, online, waiting to be found. That realization sparked a new conviction to stop waiting for the lost to come to church, but to go where they already were.
That conviction became the foundation of Michael Colton Ministries: a mission built around reaching young adults through the platforms they already call home. Digital content, mentorship, worship music, and practical resources all point toward one goal: leading the next generation to Jesus and into the purpose He has for them.
Today, that mission plays out in real time. Biblical, values-driven messages and music meet young adults right where they are on social media. Teaching, worship, and video content guide them toward deeper spiritual practices and a closer walk with Christ. They’re invited to take a real step to committing to follow Jesus. While they are nurtured through an online community, they are also encouraged to engage with a local church, where their faith can deepen through face-to-face fellowship and discipleship.
Michael’s life is a testimony to what happens when someone follows God’s call. Our prayer is that others will find the same courage to follow Jesus and walk confidently in the purpose He has for them.
Statement of Faith

We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. Born of a virgin, He lived a sinless life, performed miracles, and willingly gave His life as payment for our sin. He rose bodily from the grave and ascended to the Father’s right hand. Matthew 1:21, 23, John 1:1-2, 14, 3:16, Acts 1:2-3, 9, 2:22
We believe every person is born into sin and cannot save themselves—salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone. It’s a gift, not something earned, given freely to all who receive and confess Him as Savior and Lord and believe that He rose from the dead. We believe the Holy Spirit lives in every believer, empowering a life set apart for God. This isn’t a one-time event—it’s a lifelong process of being shaped more into the likeness of Christ. Galatians 5:22-23, 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5, 5:23, 2 Peter 3:18
We believe the finished work of Christ on the cross provides healing and restoration for the spirit, soul, and body. Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 8:16-17, 1 Peter 2:24, James 5:14-15, 3 John 2
We believe total surrender and passionate love for Jesus and His cause shouldn’t be reserved for a few; it’s meant to define every believer’s life. John 12:1-11, Luke 9:23-24, Matthew 16:24-25, Luke 12:31
We believe spiritual growth happens through consistent habits that include a life of prayer, genuine worship, serving, and regularly reading, declaring, and reflecting on Scripture. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, Hebrews 4:12, Psalm 119:11, Psalm 1:1-3
We believe God isn’t limited to one denomination or worship style. His church looks different everywhere you go, yet everyone who confesses Jesus as Lord and Savior belongs to the same body spiritually united in Christ. John 17:23, Romans 15:5-6, Romans 12:4-5, 1 Corinthians 12:13
We believe that God’s grace covers us in our weakness, but that doesn’t remove our responsibility for how we live. A real love for Jesus naturally produces obedience and a turning away from sin, forming a life shaped by Scripture. Galatians 5:19-16, Galatians 6:12-20
We believe everyone who has ever lived will be raised believers to eternal life with God and unbelievers to eternal separation from Him. Acts 24:15, 1 Corinthians 15:20-23, Revelation 20:4-6, 12-15
